    German Krustenbrot Crusty Bread is a 32% mixed rye and natural sourdough bread. A moist medium rye that adds great texture to hearty sandwiches.
     
    This bread is handcrafted by our partners in Germany and is parbaked (approx 80% cooked) to preserve freshness.
    For that fully "fresh out of the oven" goodness, finish baking in your own oven to enjoy a crunchy crust and moist, chewy interior. 

    Baking instruction: 
    1. If frozen, let thaw for 2-3 hours. 
    2. Preheat oven to 200° celsius / 392° fahrenheit. 
    3. Bake 14-15 minutes. 
    4. Let cool for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
